1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Sky Tech Web Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We specialize in MERN stack development, e-commerce, SEO, and Meta/Google Ads.
2. Project Execution & Timeline
We strive to deliver all projects within the stipulated deadline. However, timelines are dependent on the timely submission of content, credentials, and feedback by the client. Delays from the client's end will result in a shifted deadline.
3. Payments & Billing
- A standard upfront deposit (usually 40% - 50%) is required before project initiation.
- The final code, server deployment, and ownership transfers will only be handed over upon 100% clearance of pending dues.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the client owns the copyright to the developed website/application. Sky Tech Web Studio reserves the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durg, Chhattisgarh.
